Woven

Embroidery badges and woven badges are both popular  fabric  badges for promoting a brand, showing off a logo, or adding a personal touch to clothing or accessories. However, there are some key differences between the two.

Embroidery badges are created by stitching thread onto a fabric surface. This technique creates a raised, textured design that is durable and long-lasting. The raised design gives the badge a 3D appearance and a traditional craftsmanship look. The yarn used in embroidery is thicker, which can add a sense of weight to the badge.

Woven badges, on the other hand, are created by weaving together colored threads on a loom. This creates a flat, smooth surface with a high level of detail and accuracy.  The yarn used in woven badges is finer, which contributes to the smooth, high-quality finish of the badge.  Woven badges are more thin and flexible than embroidery badges.
