At Yeslogo.eu, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made products tailored to your specific needs. Because each item is produced uniquely based on your approved artwork or sample, our return policy reflects the nature of these personalized items while remaining fair and aligned with general industry standards.
1. Custom-Made Products – No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 6 of our Terms and Conditions, all products we sell are custom-made, manufactured specifically for each customer based on the approved digital proof or physical sample. Therefore, the standard EU right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply.
Once the customer has approved the final design (artwork/sample), production begins and no cancellation, refund, or return can be accepted, except in the case of defects or production errors.
2. Quality Control and Approval Process
At Yeslogo.eu, precision and clarity are at the core of our process. To ensure that each product matches your expectations:
- We provide detailed digital proofs and/or pre-production samples for your review and approval before final production begins.
- Only after receiving explicit written approval do we move forward with manufacturing.
- This guarantees that the final product reflects your specific design choices and quality standards.
To make the ordering process as smooth and accurate as possible, we also offer a user-friendly online tool that helps you clearly specify your product requirements — such as size, quantity, colors, finishes, and more. This reduces the chance of miscommunication and ensures we have the correct specifications from the beginning.
We strongly encourage you to carefully check all details in the artwork and/or sample before providing final approval, as this becomes the production reference.
3. Returns Due to Production Errors or Defects
If you receive products that deviate from the approved artwork/sample due to a manufacturing error, or if they arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order. In such cases, we will:
- Request photo evidence and order details,
- Review the issue thoroughly,
- If confirmed, offer one of the following solutions at no extra cost:
- A replacement of the affected items;
- A partial refund;
- A full re-production, depending on the extent of the issue.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds in the following situations:
- You change your mind after production approval;
- There is a minor color variation inherent to the embroidery, weaving, or printing process;
- Mistakes or inconsistencies in the artwork that were approved without correction;
- Delays caused by shipping carriers once the goods have left our facility.
5. Fairness & Customer Satisfaction
We believe in fairness and clear communication. While our return policy protects the nature of our custom work, we are always open to reviewing exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis.
